After an order has been shipped, standard USPS delivery generally takes approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and service selected.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, returned packages, or packages delivered to an incorrect address because of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.

Return Authorization / RMA

Customers must contact Copper Core Supply before sending a product back. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or other return authorization may be required before a return is accepted.

Customers should not send merchandise to a return address without first receiving return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to the customer.

Eligible Returns

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Return & Refund Policy, eligible products generally must:

Return Address

The applicable return address will be provided with the approved return instructions or RMA. We may use a designated return-processing facility that differs from our business correspondence address.

Return Inspection and Refund Processing

We generally process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on the customer’s bank, credit-card issuer, or payment processor, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear as a credit on the customer’s account.

The total time for a refund to appear may therefore vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Exchanges

Where exchanges are available, the replacement product will generally be shipped after the returned product has been received and approved.

Certain products may not be eligible for exchange. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may issue an applicable refund instead.

8. Packages, One-Time Purchases & Subscriptions

Products and packages offered through our Website will be identified at the time of purchase as either a one-time purchase or a subscription, as applicable.

One-Time Purchases

A product or package identified as a “One-Time Purchase” is charged once at the time of purchase and does not automatically renew.

No recurring charges will be made for a one-time purchase unless the customer separately enrolls in a subscription or recurring purchase option.

Subscriptions

If a product or package is identified as a “Subscription,” the customer authorizes Copper Core Supply and its payment processor to charge the applicable payment method at the recurring interval disclosed during checkout.

Before completing a subscription purchase, customers will be shown the applicable subscription price, billing frequency, and other material subscription terms.

Subscriptions will generally continue and automatically renew for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the next scheduled renewal, subject to the cancellation terms disclosed at checkout or in the applicable subscription policy.

Customers may cancel eligible subscriptions using the cancellation method provided on the Website or by contacting us.

Cancellation of a subscription generally prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel orders or charges that have already been processed.
